I got my fitbit versa lite was working fine. But it wasn't keeping the time so I restarted my fitbit still not keeping time seen it wasn't synched with my phone tried synching it nothing. Did a factory rest uninstalled the app re-installed the app tried resetting it up to my phone will not synch. Then it stayed on the fitbit symbol, restarted it now it won't turn on have charged it still won't come on. I don't know what else I can do. Help!
