Versa Lite won't update or sync

I am trying to update my tracker as its not syncing with my phone can someone please help with this as I am missing important messages while I have to keep my phone on silent

Hi @Loumass,

 

Try clearing the cache on your phone and then logging out and back in on the app, that usually helps me.
