Versa Lite won't update

I have had this watch for 4 months and was prompted to update. I have tried to do this on 2 mobile devices and also the laptop. Any suggestions? I have tried the reconnect, turning devices off - everything. Currently sitting at 354 mins on the laptop until download is finished if it doesn’t fail like it has done previously
