Versa Lite won’t update

my device won’t update despite sitting for ages updating then it just fails for no reason. I’ve tried mostly everything, disconnecting Bluetooth, disconnecting the device, restarting the device, checking my Bluetooth and WiFi. Plugging it in and unplugging it.. I’m at a loss and so disappointed with this as I was really excited to use it!

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to help you.
