It have almost been a year that I could not where my Versa Lite and it just wont work. When it was connected to the phone it would not update. I thought removing the versa lite then pairing it again would work. When I did that it would still not update and I could not avoid it at all.
7-8 months later I was using my Blaze and I thought factory resetting the Versa Lite would work. When I tried factory resetting it (it is also not paired to my phone or any device while reset due to it not being abe to reconnect to the phone) it shows on screen that it was not successfully reset and it was not connected to the phone.
Now I am stuck and not having it able to complete its update to make it function again and now I cant factory reset since it is not connected to the phone.
I am feeling quite hopeless since I cant get it to update and connect to the phone. Also my blaze is taking longer and longer to send info to the phone as well so I am trying my best to get the versa lite to work again because it sent info faster than the Blaze.
Please Help me...

@RicardoFitbit I cant get pass this screen. Even when I hold the button to restart it, it will come back to the same screen. What should I do?

i got the same thing on my sense , funny thing i got set up and synced to my phone , then it said i needed a update , that was 3 hrs ago it will niot update
no matter what i do, its fully charged , i restarted my phone, i deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it, it keeps saying it cant connect with my phone or my ipad , so frustrating im ready to get rid of it ?

I understand how that feels and that is happened to me and now I am stuck on the screen that is shown on the photo.
