Versa Lite won't work after a Factory Reset

After factory reset my lite screen keeps displaying "To start download the fitbit app"in different languages.I have done this and it still says the same thing and can't make it do anything else.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped working after the factory reset, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details provided and for your efforts in trying to solve the issue, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

Please note that the difficulty you are having to set up your Versa Lite usually happens when you perform a factory reset without first unpairing the watch. In order to solve this issue, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I was able to set it up as a new Fitbit and is now working.Thanks for the help.

It went off again and watch says'Data not cleared sync & try again"  and the phone app saysfound it connecting to tracker.But nothing happens.
