Versa Lite won’t work.

So, I got my Fitbit a few months ago, but I had to restart the other day because I forgot my account password and resetting it would do nothing. I’m currently having problems starting my device,(getting it connected to my phone and like actually working), as well as updating it. It won’t update, I let it update overnight, it didn’t update, nothing had happened. It’s really annoying trying to set up my Fitbit when it just won’t update.

My Versa Lite stopped working yesterday. I charged it, reset it and now says DATA NOT CLEARED, Sync & Retry. 🥺 Please Help!!

So, to my understanding, you should try and connect it to your device once again, and try to let it update again.

Yes, I've done it many times. Device won't connect to app. Can't locate Versa Lite

I turned off the Bluetooth and turned it back on. Uninstalled my Fitbit app and reinstalled it too.
