Versa Lite wont work

I've had my Versa for about 6 months. Now it won't charge, won't turn on at all, won't restart or reset but one single green solid light is on the back. The battery died one night, I plugged it in and ever since it won't work. I ordered a new charger but was wondering if anyone else was having this issue and it was resolved
