In my opinion, my Versa was a "dud". It worked for less than 6 months and was replaced by another "dud" that only worked for a few months.
This is a known defect (the screen just goes dead with a slight backlight). Fitbit offered me a 25% discount on what is likely to be another "dud".
I own 3 Fitbit devices but I have to switch loyalty now because the quality is no longer acceptable. I cannot risk buying another Fitbit now.
Has anyone used another similar product by a manufacturer that they can still trust?
Any recommendations?
