My fitbit watch couldn't complete the update and is now stucked at the opening screen(the blue fitbit logo). I tried to reconnect to the computer fitbit app to complete the update but my watch cannot connect as it's stuck at the opening screen. I also tried to let its battery run out but doesn't work. Please help,thanks.
