@Keliad86, I would contact customer support and let them know what kind of problems your experiencing. If your watch is under warranty they will help you with replacement.

Mine did the same thing and I talk to customer service at the beginning of july. they had me send mine back to them for a replacement. I sent it out the 9th of July and I still haven't received my replacement I can't believe it is taking this long. If you get to send it back don't be in a hurry for a replacement. Yesterday the finely sent an email saying they received it and needed my information to send the replacement.

My versa stopped working it had lines and then by morning would not turn on. I tried charging it but nothing.
