My Fitbit Versa stopped syncing/communicating with the app last week. I tried turning off Bluetooth and back on; uninstalling and reinstalling the app;
logging out and back in; and finally unpairing and re-pairing my versa with the app. However I can no longer pair my versa with the app, it pops up with a message saying that there was an error. Can anyone help?

I ended up restarting both my phone and my Fitbit (going though settings) and I was able to re-pair my versa with the app. It still takes it’s sweet time syncing my info with the app, but it does sync.
