Versa Not Counting Stairs

For the last couple weeks my Versa hasn't been counting my stairs and I'm not sure why. Is there a way to reset it forget it to count them again?

Hi @bleubadger  Try restarting the Versa several times and see if that helps for the future (it wont restore what has not been recorded)
