Versa Not Recording Sleep

Hello

Just got a new Versa on a Sunday.  It recorded my sleep fine that first night (Sunday) and saw the sleep patterns etc on the Android APP (Pixel 1 Phone) when I look at the details of that nights sleep.  It recorded my sleep on Monday and Tuesday but Sunday is now blank- there is no data for Sunday listed anymore.  Since Wednesday it has not recorded any more sleep - nothing for the past 2 nights (Wed and Thurs).  The only data is for Monday and Tues.  When I look at the details for the sleep data on Monday or Tuesday I see it and then when I go back to the main sleep screen Monday and Tuesday are duplicated.  This is really buggy.  I think I should just return this thing.

Hey @JohnWTor, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I'd like to give you a hand on this. So I'd like you to please post a sccreensot where I can see your sleep data duplicated for those days. And to make sure that your Versa tracks your sleep every day, I will suggest you to take a look at this information that could be affecting your sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your tracker from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your tracker higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your tracker to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your Versa’s battery is critically low.

Keep me posted!
