Versa Not Syncing

For several weeks syncing is not automatic and when prompted, it is very slow.  Yesterday morning it stopped syncing all together and today it is doing the same.  I have an iPhone.  I do not have a phone update pending.  I have turned the phone off and back on.   I have turned Bluetooth off and back on.  Please advise.

Fitbit has reached out to me to select a solution for the problem.  The third versa I have Is working fine; however, the first one worked for a few months  as well. Not giving up hope!

I am having the same problem. My Versa never syncs to my Android phone.

Android and iPhone 6s. Versa, Flex 2, and Zip

Fitbit has reached out to me to select a solution for the problem.  The third versa I have Is working fine; however, the first one worked for a few months  as well. Not giving up hope!

I have YET to see a solution to these syncing issues with this Versa. Worked like a charm for exactly ONE WEEK! Now I can't sync my app and watch, and spent all night trying to sync my music. I followed every step that I could find for both issues. Those links that were provided just took me in circles. I'm really starting to regret spending all of that money on this device

I’ve had this Fitbit for a day and now won’t sync.. I’m so upset I spent all this money for this to happen. I tried everything.

HI All

 let me tell you what I did and maybe it will help maybe not.

I too have the issue with not syncing and through it all I found that I had 2 of the same devices logged into my versa so i revoked the one I thought to the older of the two and sure enough it started to sync.

So check to see if you have duplicate devices not sure if this is the cause or not.

Go to your fitbit app and go to security and login and manage acount access to see what is logged in.

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS YOU! THE APP KEEPS SAYING VERSA IS DEAD BUT THE WATCH SAYS %99! SO AGRAVATING!

Third Versa has now stopped syncing. Going back to the Alta HR. I’ve had enough.

Hello community!

My first Versa just stopped working in February.

1st of March they sent me a replacement one which has HUGE sync issues.

Since 8th of April I am continuously writing e-mails with regard to the problems that Versa has.

in addition, wi-fi not working, GPS not working...

Notifications working only from time to time.

 

I have requested a reimbursement, but they are still struggling not to refund me.

 

Reading all the topics messages written here on the community it seems that Versa big has functioning issues!

 

considering 6 weeks of back and forth messages with the customer care, meanwhile I did all the reinstalling and rebooting (and everything that would have been possible) still not solved the issue.

 

I would not recommend Versa at all.

 

My first Charge 2 worked perfect.

 

I am really disappoint (close to angry).
