Versa Touch Screen not working

my versa is nearly or just over a year old. i wear it everyday, in the shower, to sleep etc. in the past few days, week, my screen is not sensing my touch. i still get notifications, and the buttons work, so the functions i have set to them are still working right. but for things like the alarm i cannot adjust anything. it was flickering and doing its own thing for a bit and activating / deactivating alarms and settings.

 

i hope this issue is fixable because i love my versa, and it was not cheap 😄

@Mitzy183 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Versa since it's not responding when you use the touch function.

 

I'd like to know if you have tried changing the clock face. If so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. Once you've done this, check out your tracker's behavior and see if the touch function works again.
