I got my Versa in December and it has now become just a digital watch that will automatically track my activity, sometimes. This thing has basically stopped responding to touch, freaks out every time I try to swipe the screen to an app and the screen starts shaking, sometimes turning snowy. I can't get any of the apps to work anymore. And most of the time what ends up happening is that the weather app will constantly try to open. I can't get it to stop unless I restart the watch. Another issue is that I can't even get the weather app to work. Every time I open it, it says I need to sync to my phone first. Well, I try that and it still doesn't work. Also what's the point in having a weather app on your watch if you always have to sync to your phone to open it? I might as well just use the app on my phone since I have to open my phone anyway. Honestly, I liked the idea of this watch because of the convenience and activity tracking but none of the conveniences actually work. Glad I got this as a gift and didn't actually waste my own money on it.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. See if that solves your problem.

It solved the problem for about 12 hours and then it went back to doing what it was doing before.
