My Versa has not synced for over a week. I've tried to both restart watch, app, and phone. Still not syncing.

Thanks a lot for the steps you have already taken to get this resolved.
In some cases, the reason for this type of issue is the OS version your phone is running. I suggest checking if there is an update that you might be missing for your phone.
If that is not the case, please try resetting your Versa. Go to the Fitbit app → press on your profile picture → find the option "Set up a device" → a list of devices will be displayed on your screen. You must choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions.
