I brought a Fitbit Versa about 1 week ago and it does everything but track my sleep I did the firmware update when I got it and have look through the forum and tried what people have suggested and still doesn't work.
I have restarted the watch and reset my account.
Its running version 33.1.30
Anyone got suggestions apart from taking it back to the shop or ringing support.

By not tracking sleep, do you mean that it does not detect any sleep, detects sleep but not accurately, or detects sleep but does not give sleep stages, or something else?

Hi @JohnnyRow, Sorry I wasn't clear enough it doens't track any sleep at all or detects any at all
