After doing the IOS 13 update on my iPhone X today, I am no longer receiving text/call notifications on my Versa. I have disconnected the bluetooth, the Versa, done a factory reset, restarted my phone and nothing is working. Just says "All caught up here!" Customer service said many people are having a similar problem and technical support is working to fix the bug. Is this accurate information and when can we except an update/solution to this problem? Thank You!
Having the same issue here. I lady on another thread said her husband turned on her 'text previews' in Settings > Notifications > Messages and that's working for me also. Not as private as I would really like but it's working for now.
Hope that helps in the short-term!
yes that did work! thank you. not private, but temporary fix i guess!
Best AnswerI’m glad to know it’s not just me having this issue. Since yesterday, I’ve not been receiving my text/call notifications; however, I am still receiving other app notifications. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon!
Best Answeri chatted with customer service yesterday and they couldn't figure out the issue. I had to sign off on the help but when i came back a few hours later, they had heard a bunch of complaints and finally knew what i was talking about. Unfortunately the best he could tell me was to keep checking the forum to find out when it might be fixed so now i'm stalking my own forum feed ha
Best AnswerYeah, it's so sad that Fitbit doesn't care about the satisfaction of their customers. If they did, they wouldn't have willingly released a hopelessly buggy product, that you can't even activate, without owning another totally unrelated electronic project.
It'd be like if you bought a new Tesla, but it won't start because the software on your older Volkswagen is old.
Great design thinking, Fitbit, you amateurs.
Best AnswerAgree! Fingers crossed!
Best AnswerIt also works if you have ”When Unlocked (Default)” selected which can give a little more privacy than always showing the message.
Best AnswerThis works! Thank you for sharing. I was getting so frustrated since updating my phone.
Best AnswerThanks so much that really did help ....
Best Answeru can’t blame Fitbit because Apple sent out a update that wasn’t compatible with Fitbit program ..... they are working on it.... give them time before u start bashing them!!!!
