My Fitbit Versa has not shown notifications ever since the iPhone update in October. Any one else having this problem? I have contacted Fitbit several times and I still get that they’re working on it.

Yes!!! I lost my text notifications around the same time. I get all notifications BUT texts. Even bought a new Fitbit thinking the old one had broken, It's driving me crazy. I reached out to Apple and they suggested I contact Fitbit (head shake).

Best AnswerI have a similar problem, tried all the steps in fitbit's troubleshooting guide and the problem persists.
If I remove my versa 2 as a connected bluetooth device on my iphone, the fitbit app immediately prompts me to pair it again - notifications then work for between 12 and 24 hours and then mysteriously stop again. If I repeat the process I get another 12 to 24 hours of notifications until they stop again.
Suuuuuuuper frustrating.

I would reach out to them..they need to hear everyone’s complaint. As far as I’m concerned, they’ve sold me a product that has not delivered what was advertised.
