The call and text notifications on my Versa quit and I can't get them back. Fitbit support says they can't help because my Moto g6 play is not fully supported. The phone runs on Android 9. I think their excuse is crap. Has anyone had success recovering stopped notifications on a Moto phone?  I've tried all the published help suggestions.

I guess Fitbit either is not smart enough to find the solution to this problem or they don't care much about Android users.
