Versa (Original) Left Button & Swipe not responding

Per Header - over the past few days, my watch has stopped functioning as intended.

 

Left Button works less than 25% of time - and when it does function to bring up clock face (I am using a FitBit designed face) I am unable to swipe in any direction.

 

Right two buttons seem to function as intended; but overall not functional watch

 

ETA: I tried the reset and no change at all.

@Deep_Blue, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the left button is not working properly. By the way, thank you for trying a restart before contacting our forums.

 

Please try cleaning around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust that may affect the functionality of the button. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.

I checked and cleaned around the button - it is moving freely, however, it doesn't actually perform its function.

 

I am unable to swipe up or down when the clock face does present.
