Versa Reducing Calories at Random

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa has dropped 50+ calories from my total count several times today. Seems to be happening when I open the app on my phone & it "syncs".

I just tested this theory a minute ago. My watch said 450 calories (which already seems low anyway) & when I opened the iPhone app, it went down to 393. I tried changing my watch face earlier, so I know that's not the issue.

Anyone have any experience with this?

If it's happening only when you open the Fitbit App then that's most likely related to the fact that there's something else (which you're not using, because you're using the Versa) that's sending information to your account.

The Versa Syncs and tells the account that it has 450 calories, but then that other thing syncs and tells the account that it has less calories because you're not using it. Then the account sends a message to the Versa saying that it has more calories than what it should, and it forces it to display the lower, wrong number.

You need to go to the Fitbit App and tap on the account icon, then look at the section that says "Devices" and you should only have your Versa. If you have something else... specially "Mobile Track" delete that.
