Hi! My Versa died suddenly and I've been offered a replacement. Are Fitbit still replacing the Versa with the original one or is it now being replaced by the Versa 2? I don't want to choose to upgrade and pay 50% of the cost of a Versa 2 if that's what I would have received anyway.

I had a Versa 1 that died (I went swimming in a pool and water got in the back of the watch). My Versa wouldn’t turn on at all, and since I had the watch less than 1 year, they replaced it. I was pleasantly surprised when they sent a Versa 2! At no charge. 🙂
(Although I am having issues with it now, a year and a half later... I’m hoping they will upgrade me to a Versa 3! Ha!)

@knorman Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
When you receive a replacement watch, you won't have to pay anything for it. However, the watch that you'll receive will depend on the information provided by our Support team, if you have any questions about the Fitbit that's going to be sent to you, please reply to the case you have with them.
