Versa (SE) screen became unresponsive

Hi, about two weeks ago, My device (versa Fitbit special edition) touchscreen keeps on turning on and off randomly and also the screen doesnt respond most of the time.

I've bought it about a year ago or less.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa (SE) has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

Same for me. Charges fine, comes on upon raising arm, green light fine, but screen swipes don't work, tap to wake not working also
