Hi,
we bought my daughter a fitbit for Xmas. She has been having a problem since xmas day that the SOS screen keeps coming up every few minutes. We initially thought it was a calibration exercise, but it has continued unabated. We can’t find anything about the feature in the handbook or online, or how to stop it happening. Is this a fault or can we switch this off? It’s making the device practically unusable.

@Baz78 Have you tried restarting the Versa? Press and hold the back (button on the left) and right bottom button until it restarts. This will reboot the device, but not erase any data.
If the problem, returns, contact Support. Sounds like a defective device. I never heard of an SOS screen on a Versa.

It appears to have been the clock face that we had selected - it was a non-fitbit face which seems to have had a glitch in it.
