I installed the new firmware last night and a few hours later the screen was lit, but blank. It died shortly thereafter. Now it's charged to 80%, but the screen is still blank. I tried the 3-button factory reset, but now I can't set up the device because it asks for the 4-digit code on the display, but the display is blank! Please help! Customer service only offered 25% off a new device. This one is only a year old!!!

Hi @Shooks, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen stopped turning on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
