Versa's screen became unresponsive

A few weeks ago I woke up to my fitbit unresponsive and lightly vibrating on my arm. The fitbit was at about 50-60% charged before I went to bed. I eventually got the Fitbit turned on again by charging it but I have had problems with the vibrate functionality ever since. I have tried resetting the device as per Fitbit's advice, I have tried charging and today I tried to factory reset the device and now it won't turn on. I have had the Fitbit charging off my computer for 3 hours and tried holding all three buttons and there is no life in the Fitbit. I emailed Fitbit several times in the past week and got no response! Anyone had the same problem and any advice?

Hi @Mariemcl, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
