Bought my fitbit versa 15jun2018 today 10sep2018 my screen went out. I wear my versa 6 days a week I carry mail so I use it while working. I'm feeling like I should call the police because I've been robbed. Anyone else feeling like me

@Bingum A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa screen isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts then plug it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port or use an UL Listed usb wall adapter. After this restart the Versa and see how it responds.

If your Fitbit only appears to be dim when you are outside, then go to the Settings, Brightness function and verify that it is on "Auto" so that the display gets brighter when in sunlight. Just touch the screen by the word "Brightness" to cycle through the settings. Mine got set to "Dim" accidentally once and it took a couple days of squinting and cursing before I stumbled across this and reset the Versa.
