Versa Screen Not Working

My Versa screen is not starting.

last I checked my versa was yesterday night. I woke up today morning to a dead screen.

The versa is syncing with the app, I am getting notifications and the versa vibrates but nothing comes-up on the screen- The screen is complete black...

Things I have done so far

1. I have tried to restart my watch - Long hold Left/back button (This does not work)

2. Factory reset-  Long hold all three buttons (Nothing comes up on the screen) 

3. Tried charging it- Nothing comes up on the screen (no % charging, although the device charges as I can check in the app).

I have the same problem contacted the support team who ask me to do a factory reset holding the three buttons down etc. This did not solve the problem and waiting for more advice

I have/had basically the same issue.  Tried all   of the same things to restart/reboot.  None of it worked. Contacted customer service was told my device was not working to product standards, sent me a coupon for a new device.

Purchased in June 2018.

If you don't mind, would  appreciate hearing what customer service told you to do.

Hi just heard back from the support team I was offered a replacement as it was still under the limited warranty brought June 2029 or a voucher for 50% off another Fitbit product. 

I have asked for a replacement. I find the support team were fast and very efficient

Thank you for letting me know. I hope your next one works better for you.
Not sure if I'll be replacing mine or not. Thinking about just getting a
pedometer, will give me the basic info I am wanting.
