Hi, my Versa screen popped out last night. I’ve had my watch since November 2018. My bf gave it to me as a gift. I don’t remember where I kept the box or if I still have it. Where can I go to have it repaired? Please advice.

I've seen quite a few posts reporting this problem and, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be repairable. If you are still within warranty though you should be eligible for a replacement. I recommend contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
