Versa device not working and it shows only digital clock on the screen and unable to change anything ! Also blue tooth is not connecting to my mobile app, pls help

The blue link in my post above tells you how. Basically press and hold the left hand button and the bottom right one for around 10 to 15 seconds till the logo shows on the screen.

Now new issue that only clock face is visible at my watch rest all apps is not visible. I tried many times to reboot the watch holding the buttons but still having same issue.
