Versa Screen no longer is working

After I updated my Versa, the screen no longer is working. I have taken immaculate care of my device and since it is out of warranty there is nothing the company can do about it. Why does this company not back their own work? 😡

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary and make sure it is charged first.
