Hello, my fitbit was “acting up” and the touchscreen stopped working properly. I read up how to reset, and my fitbit doesn’t turn on at all anymore. I did notice the green light on the back was lit for a few seconds. What else can I do to get it working? Please help?!

@Missteek007, thanks for letting me know about your Versa, as well for trying the restart. Nice job! I'm just wondering if green light on the back is still blinking. If not, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

I’m having this same issue. My watch has been acting up for about 2 weeks (I have an open ticket) and today shut off (battery was charged) and won’t turn back on. I’ve gotten the green light on the back a couple times for a few seconds, but can’t get the watch face on at all.

Good morning,
Thank you for your quick response. I had my Versa on the charger a few hours. When I removed it to clean the contacts, as you suggested, the green light flickered for a few seconds, and again just before I popped it back on the charger. I did attempt the restart again by pressing all 3 buttons, and also the back button alone, but no luck so far. Any other tricks I can try?

Just to add to my response. After cleaning, i left it on the charger, and the alarm did go off, but the face did not light up.. I did see the green light come on a few times.
