Hi all,

 

1) Would like to set up the right side buttons to show a different app instead of default Alarm and Exercise.  How do I do this?

 

2) Currently living in Japan, but using American (Amex) and Taiwanese (visa) credit cards.  Not seeing any method to add CC via dashboard, app, or watch itself.  In the app, my country is currently set to Japan.  How do I add CC info/enable nfc payment?  Is the country setting the problem? (i can see that being a huge problem for us expats)

No fitbit, my own reply to my own post was not a solution.

 

But I more or less solved the issue on my own without ever getting any attention from the forum staff.

 

The issue I raised also isn't getting passed along to relevant staff I guess, in favor of issues that are multiply posted on the same page instead of merged and pinned.

 

And actually, issues not totally solved because fitbit not being very forthcoming with how some things are working (eg: see the issue raised).  The UI that is split up between webdash, mobile app, and watch interface isn't really helping matters either.  But as many have pointed out, CS here not very amazing or helpful.

bump.  To clarify, i bought the SE from amazon in US.  The backplate does indeed say fitbit pay.
