Versa -

While charging the screen should be always on, showing battery percentage. As the buttons cannot be pressed while charging due to the way the charger clips on, it is impossible to know when the watch is fully charged.

@BarnDog Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Thank you for sharing your suggestion. As @SteveH said you can tap the screen to see the current battery level. Still if you wish you can share your suggestion in our Feature suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.

Let me know how it goes!

I just got mine in the mail, it just shows the fitbit symbol while "charging", my app won't connect, and it won't show the percentage charged when i double tap, do i need to just let it sit on the charger for a while before I try? Also, the strap is almost impossible to switch to the large, not impressed atm.

My new Versa doesn't act like that. While charging, the screen is always off, and neither tapping, double-tapping, shaking it, or anything else I do makes it come on. Any ideas?

@artwolf Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't displaying the battery level. Try restarting your Versa and make sure that the firmware is up to date.

Hello! I am having the exact same problem. Just got my versa today and it won’t do anything when I tap it or it won’t display the battery level while on the charger so I can’t really know when it’s done. I restarted and that didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

Try SimpleClock - it has this feature and at the same time provide a clock.
