I Have a Versa Smartwatch Which On Rare Occasions shows a dead battery trying to do a hard reset dose nothing it doesn't show it is charging when on charge i think the item might be bricked maybe it's not in warranty anymore however this was a replacement for the previous device owned was working fine until a full device wipe was done which then started all of this with no power showing expect from a few occasions where is showed the battery icon otherwise nothing at all
(Just to confirm i do not own this device its a family members device)

Please let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
