Versa - Solid Red Light & Battery Draining Fast!

Yesterday I noticed a red light on the back of my versa, continuously on. I think because of it, the battery life is draining super quick, I barely get a days use out of it 

 

I have restarted it, shut it down, factory reset etc...

 

Still there.... 

 

anyone had similar?

Hi, as you all the actions that normally solve such it problem, it advice you to call Customer Support. Calling, or even chatting, is faster than mailing. Regards kuzibri
