I have just purchased a Versa special edition, have set it up as per instructions completed the notifications set up, but can not get it to work?
I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions but nothing works. Have uninstall the app and reset up, turned phone and device on and off.it connects to my phone and syncs ok, just unable to get any notification to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks for all the troubleshooting you did before posting, @Jsmith81 . There are a couple more things to check - which phone do you have and is it on the list of supported devices? Also, is your phone’s OS up to date? You can check here. Often, when a Fitbit is synced to a non supported device, many of the features will still work but notifications may not. Please let us know.

My phone is a Samsung galaxy S9+ and the OS is up to date.
