My versa is loosing time my watch is 20 minutes slower than my phone have tried syncing and resetting but time is still out by 20 minutes how can I fix this issue only seemed to happen after latest software update

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Have you tried changing the clock face? If not, please try switching to a clock face made by Fitbit. Fingers crossed that does the trick for you.

Is the Versa actually syncing?? Do the number of steps on the app Today screen match those on the Versa??
