Versa Synching issues are making me hate my Versa!

I have followed all suggestions listed on the Fitbit site and YouTube to get my Versa to sync but have had NO LUCK!!  Syncing will work for a couple of hours and then stops.   I am thinking of getting rid of it.  I dont have time to work on this.. SO FRUSTRATING!!   I just got the Versa in September - this is my second FitBit.

Hi, which phone are you using? Do you have the latest Fitbit app on your phone? iOS or Android?

I have a Samsung GalaxyS8+. I removed the Fitbit app and added it again
numerous times. I also reset my phone a ton of times. Still no luck.

I loved my Versa when I got it last December.  It was easy to use and syncing was a breeze.  It’s become virtually impossible to sync, and syncing to change time is impossible so I leave it at home when I travel. I would have liked to use it on my recent 10 day trip overseas.  I wish I could return this expensive piece of garbage.

Same here on your first and second comment Marcie. I had a Garmin Connect that synched perfectly with myfitnesspal.com and the GarminConnect site. For what I paid for this watch, I am highly disappointed. Of course, part of this is "my bad" because I bought the Versa 3 the first week it was released. I should have known better.

My wife loves her Versa 2 and has not had any issues with it.

I am having the same issue, and I have had mine since may, thinking about going with a different one if they don't fix it.

I hate it! It's constantly out of synch.. Rejection, versa 3 rejected pairing. I follow all the directions..

I try everything and it takes up so much time 

Other than telling me my heart rate and telling me my calories burned( supposedly) I really don't know what this device is good for

I am having issues syncing my versa. I Uninstaller and reinstall still nothing. My power button don't work. Nothing is working. HELP!!
