Unable to get clock face on my Versa

Hello @Sonnann are you saying that there isn't any clock face?

Do you get any errors?

I did have clock and then poof, it was gone. I tried to to reset the whole
thing. I think the watch is on its last leg as I can’t reset it. Going back
to the inspire HR. too many things on the VERSA for someone my age. Thanks
for answering my question.
