Wondering if anyone has suggestions on fixing my Versa. Woke up this morning and it says - Unlock using phone....
so Ive tried unlocking using phone, but the phone says Device Lock - Blocked!
- tried changing the pin, CHANGE PIN FAILED, please re-enter your existing Pin to Continue
- then that also doesn't work.... An unexpected error occurred, try again later.
- tried deleting my wallet info, and it asks again for pin code change, won't work.
- I've reset my versa
- logged out of the fitbit app
- restarted my phone and restarted the watch
Nothing is working! Please HELP.
Best AnswerThere are two unlock code involved here.
The versa has one code that is set through the app.
The app will ask for the phone's unlock code before it will let the user change the code or setting on the Versa.
I don't know if this helps.

@IamNb could you be a little specific since I'm not sure what the is happening above.
Normally the user will go to the device lock, put in the code to unlock the phone. The Fitbit app does not have a lock, so I'm not sure what is happening above.
Now the user may choose how they want the lock to work on the Versa and/or type in a new pass code. There is no need to know the old pass code on the tracker.

I cannot type in my passcode on my Versa 2. I can only see the time. When the pin code screen comes up it won’t let me type in my passcode.
Best AnswerSorry, it’s called the pin code. It won’t let enter my pin code on my Fitbit watch. The only thing I can access is the time.
