Versa Watch keeps turning off

My first Versa watch died and wouldn't turn back on, so I got a new watch, which is the Versa 2. My new watch is doing the exact same thing and it's BRAND NEW! It first turned on and acted like normal then during the night it turned off. I've been able to turn it on after holding the main Botton for 3 minuets, and even restarted the watch. Each time the watch keeps turning off and idk what to do anymore?!?

Hi @GracefulDancer Try doing a factory reset (settings app  on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it then you will need to contact Customer Support.
