When I log my water intake on my Versa it seems to log correctly however sometimes it will sync with my phone and jump to insane numbers like 52,000ml total. When I go into the details on my phone app it says the logs are 14,700 or so. I know I have logged 500ml correctly throughout the day however these do not show up in the summary either.

@Jorena1986 usually uninstalling and reinstalling fitbit mobile app, plus rebooting Versa and syncing several times afterwards resolves the issue. Try doing that and placing the tracker in the charging dock for a few hours. Just to make sure, which version of the fitbit mobile app are you using?
Exactly what happens to me. Will sync sometimes. Pretty annoying having to remember what you've consumed just in case.
Best AnswerFor me this conversion doesnt result in a close enough intake.
Best AnswerThis is happening to me as well. It worked perfectly fine for two months and now nothing but issues. I have done a reset multiple times and removed my device from the app.
I am now on the phone with customer service and even though I’m under warranty the representative is telling me they can not send me a replacement for this issue!!!
Best AnswerIt's been over a year since the water conversion errors have been reported. How is it possible that this problem still exists. Whoever is managing your QA and Development and support staff should be immediately be fired. 1 year to fix this issue is insane. I will be returning both my wife's and my Versa 2 Fitbits.
Best Answerthe versa 2 tracker doesn't accept transfer of water data from the app on the phone during syncing. If I log water intake on the versa 2 tracker, it only shows the last numbers entered and doesn't show the total for the day and doesn't transfer to the phone app. Each entry is like the FIRST entry of the day.
Best AnswerTried all of marmadukes reset stuff over & again on versa 3 & still the water logging lag or non compliance. Why can't they just work on a bug fix or else refine this stuff before release. My galaxy watch is instant with everything & super quick on the sync & both the app & watch are always on the same page. If Google now own fitbit, then Google please get on the case. Any advice?

New Versa 2. I'm having the same problem but in reverse. I enter fluid oz. of 14.0 oz. and after syncing it changes to .47 oz.
I am having a similiar problem with weight. I enter my weight in pounds and after syncing the figure is approximately doubled.
Best AnswerWHY is this still an issue? As of January 2023 I am still having this error! If I log 500mL of water it appears on the app as 14786.76mL (which, as other users have pointed out, is equal to 500fl.oz). Why does the app think I have logged my water intake in fl.oz?? People have been complaining about this error since at least 2019! Ridiculous.
