When I try to log my water it is saying maximum logs, sync. It is synced but the message will not disappear. It is also not keeping my water logs current in the app

There is a known bug with the tracker. When you log water directly on the Versa it may or may not sync. If it doesn't sync today, it may sync at a later date and include any other water logging you did between now and then on that day. The issue is the data does not include a date stamp.

Remove the Fitbit straps from your Fitbit and put the fitbit watch part in a bag of white rice for 72 hours at maximum. Let me know if you’ve notice any improvements.

I had this problem. Did a factory reset and it's working again.

I am unable to log water on the versa watch. States sync with app and try again but it does nothing to allow me to log water
