My versa will not update. The display constantly shows "undefined". I have a previous case number of 30798115. I did receive some assistance, I was never able to get the versa to update. I have tried updating using Bluetooth and using Wifi. Neither works. My phone shows downloading to the versa for approximately 2 hours, then it will say unsuccessful, try Wifi or Bluetooth. What must I do?

Hi @Ocean12 , first of all see my answer on the topic called "Versa Troubles". After you have done the suggestions, try the following:
1. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer.
2. Go to the Fitbit app and to WiFi settings.
3. You should see now your home's network name with right next to it a white WiFi icon.
4. Press that icon and Fitbit will start searching for your network. Once found, the icon turns to blue and it will say connected.
5. Now press again updating to the new Firmware and it should install and complete,

BTW, if you are using a Third Party Clock Face, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself before performing all of these actions!!!!

I was able to update the versa after I removed the third party clock face. Update was completed.
