Versa Won't Keep a Charge

I contacted support on Monday the 17th and was told to follow certain steps to reset my fitbit and charge it. I of course already tried those things, but "Erika" the person who was responding with me via chat, said I had to try these things first. So, I tried these things again - rebooting and recharging in different ways for for the last 2 days. My Versa still won't keep a charge and is dead within hours. I have had no choice but to allow the battery to completely drain (since it won't last thru the night). So, each time it's been charged from a dead battery - and will charge to 100% each time. I have a service code of #37281649 if someone could please help me. I've only had this fitbit since January.

Hi @CtGirl68  you'll need to get with support. These are the community forums and we're just users of Fitbit, like yourself. Service code? Isn't that your case number? If so, you'll need that to tell them.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.
