Versa Won't Sync

Hello,

 

My Versa battery died two days ago. Now that it is charged again it is refusing to sync. I have tried some of the suggestions on here, disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth, removing and re-installing the device in the app, it is now frozen in the re-installation, saying it has found the tracker and it is trying to connect. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you restarted your Versa several times? If not, do that and then try setting up again.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you keep having syncing issues? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
